First Day of School

I told you guys I would write again the next day! So, I'm happy! Of course, I'm going to write about school, as you can see in the title. The first day of school was actually really, really boring. A day's first class is history, and I think I will get along with the teacher in that class. My second class is band, and of course I love that class! Especially ... My third class is exploring technology, and I think I will also enjoy that class because you get to build stuff! :-D The last class of A day is  art, i love doing art! So, to sum it up, A day is my favorite day! B day, is going to be the day that I have the most homework. My first class is Language Arts Honors, then Gym, and the last one of the day is Honors Math. I have both of my honors class on that day, so you can see why I am going to be busy with homework on B day. I hope that I don't have too much homework on B day though, otherwise it's going to be hectic!

School is Starting!

   Hey I'm back! I know it's been a while, but I am going to just write about today, if that's okay. It is the last day of summer! Can anyone believe that? I certainly can't, my summer definitely went by way too fast. But, the end of summer also means the start of school. Ugh, but I am excited for this school year because I am going to a new school! So, its kinda like a fresh start. There are multiple reasons for me to be excited. First, the school has lockers! The last school I was in was an intermediate school so there wasn't any lockers. (Also, where I live, the school system is a little weird in my opinion. 1-5 is elementary, 6-7 is intermediate, 8-9 is middle, and 10-12 is high school!) The second thing I am excited is that I might have a class with my crush, and that should be the first thing on my list... The third reason is that I am going to the same school as my sister, again. She's only a year older than me, so we end up going to the same school a lot. She says her friends find me adorable. I don't know weather to be happy or sad about that, but I am going to go with happy :-) I think that's my last reason... WAIT! I found another reason! We have an A day and a B day, it sounds sort of interesting, don't you think? So, that's what is going on today!

Author's note: This is Cj, and I am sorry for not writing for so long. From now on, I will try to write everyday. If it was New Year's I would make that commitment, but since it's not, you guys will just have to trust me. I might just write about random stuff, like recipes, and old lady stuff like KNITTING! Either way, I will write something. Also, I love comments! I will try to answer those too.

Happy Father's Day!

Sunday was Father's day! For me, it was pretty fun. My sister and I got up and made cinnamon rolls for our dad. We all ate them on his bed. We laughed around for a little bit. Then my sister got out our gifts. My sister drew a elegant picture, in pen, for my dad, and I drew a picture, but it had words forming the picture instead. After we showed this to our dad, we got out our last gift. Pictures! Ali and I had gone out to take pictures for Dad. I was embarrassed! Most of them had me making a weird face! Oh, well it was fun at least! That was my Father's day. He sort of got fed up at being the center of attention all day. So he made a dinner of gigantic meatballs!

S.U.P.A.F.

   So today my two friends and I were performing today in S.U.P.A.F. Its a festival. We were playing an oboe,me, a french horn, friend 1, base clarinet, friend 2. We called ourselves the Oddball Trio. Because we had a bunch of odd instruments. When we got up to the stage there was a judge and he was all serious. But when we played it was normal.! It was the same playing in front of the judge as in front of no one! Whats the big deal? When we were done we went to the judge and he scored us and told us what we needed to work on. Well he was supposed to. He didn't tell us anything he just handed us our certificates! But we did get a 1- and thats superior! As soon as I was out of the room I yelled "YES!" Then we stood for pictures from the moms. :-)

Friends

      Okay, my friends are having big drama. Lets call them 1, 2 and 3. 3 is being bullied by 2. So she tells the counselor's and almost gets 2 suspended. Then 1 is mad at 3 for nearly getting 2 suspended and 2 claims she doesn't bully 3. A week later 3 says that 1 is her friend again, but 1 says that they aren't friends. So now 3 lost one of its friends since the 4th grade. What really makes me ticked is that 1 says that she sees 3 being bullied by 2 and does nothing about it and says its fine! :-(    Ugh. My sister told me that drama didn't start until the 8th grade. She was wrong!

Rappelling

Today I went rappelling. It was so much fun! Raappelling is where you have a harness around you and you have a rope connected to the harness and the cliff. Then you lower yourself by giving your rope a little slack when you want to go down. Yeah I had the time of my life! There was 11 people there so I was able to do it 5 times before we had to go. On my last time something happened. When I was lowering myself over the side I lost my balance! I went upside down on the cliff. Although I don't remember. One minute I was on the top of the cliff the next minute I was upside-down on the cliff with my shoe almost off! Luckily my ropes were tight otherwise I would be in the hospital right now or dead, preferably neither. Also one of my friends while not able to touch the rock, somehow, got upside down! And was dangling! Be safe while rappelling!

The Book

Has anyone wrote a book? That is reading this blog? I am trying to start a book. So far I only got some characters though... I have about twelve characters I think...

Dragon Books

Have you ever been obsessed with something. I know I have. The latest thing I have been doing is reading books about dragons. I have been so obsessed with it. I have read every book in the school library that has to deal with dragons! It is ridiculous. I asked my friend for a suggestion and believe me that was a mistake. She kept picking small books about things I definitely did not want to read. Then I was saved! My other friend came and suggested dragon books! Finally! But ,of course, my friend suggested books I have already read. So I am still bookless. Although I need to find a book that my one friend hasn't read and is about dragons.

Spirit Week : day 1 and 2

   Hmm.... on the first day of spirit week it was Sport day. Most people didn't even dress up because they forgot over the weekend! and I ended up being 1 out of 7 people showing school spirit. Oh well.
   Nerd day was better. NERD DAY! Nerd day is so awesome. It's like a national phenomenon only in our school. Nerd day is the favorite day of the entire school year. Nerd day is as famous as.... pie! Yeah it's the day of suspenders, glasses, and of course nerds.

Nerd: Be nice to nerds. you will probably work for one someday.
Excellent: Nerds are excellent dictionaries, spellers,and are good at math
Right: When you want an answer from a nerd they go all technical
Dumb... NOT!: Nerds are definitely not dumb
